• If your item arrives damaged or broken you are required to notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, providing photographic evidence of the condition. Once we have reviewed the information you will be issued a refund via the same payment method received at purchase.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the item and return the item to our location within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be paid by you and are not refundable. Once we have received and inspected the item at your location we will issue a refund via the same payment method received at purchase.
